Safety during operations

Technical assistance for work equipment start-up and periodic audits in accordance with arts. 71, 70 and Annex VII of the Legislative Decree 81/08 and D.M. n°329/04.

Technical assistance for repairs (art.14), notification of pipelines and liquid storage vessels (art.16), establishing the remaining life margins using Fitness for Service (API579), assessment of integrity and efficiency (UNI TS 11325).

Non-destructive testing (NDT) on vessels, pressure equipment, lifting appliances, metal structures The methods involved are: VT, MT, PT, UT, RT and special methods where necessary.

Maintenance and Inspection Engineering

We carry out maintenance and reliability -based studies for complex systems and plants, with high-tech techniques and software in close synergy with research centers and university departments specialized in this field.

Analysis and assessment of maintenance activities and reliability-based studies using quantitative tools such as numerical simulation (RBD);

Development and implementation of (preventive, predictive and corrective) maintenance plans, using the following methods: RCM, LCC, TPM;

Analysis and assessment of risks related to safety and industrial plants management (FMEA/FMECA, MAGEC, HAZOP, PHR, FTA, RCA, RBI, FFS).

Development and implementation of inspection plans using the following methods: Risk-Based Inspection and Integrity Operation Window in accordance with API 50/581.

Technical assistance for alternative inspections or inspections to be made at a different frequency (exceptions) in accordance with art. 10 par. 5 D.M. n°329/05.
